All sales are final and we do not provide refund. We are glad to accept returns for size exchange or store credit.
Returns are available for all items except Books, Toys, Sale merchandise, Swimwear and Accessories. We do not refund, exchange or issue credit notes on sale items, preorder items and gift cards.
The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault and notifying us within 7 working days of receiving the goods should there be a fault.

For your Return to be valid, it has to be mailed back within 14 working days (30 working days for International Customers) from the date parcel was delivered. A credit note will be issued upon the receipt of your item. The credit will be valid for 30 days and is strictly non-refundable nor extendable. You may utilize the Credit Note on any item (including Sale merchandise). Credit Notes issued can only be used in a single transaction and any balance amount will not be refunded.
Return shipping, payment for return shipping, and any subsequent damages from return shipping are the responsibility of the customer. Returns must be posted with registered postage to ensure delivery.
All returns must be securely packaged and returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition with packaging and price tags intact. Returns that are received in unsatisfactory conditions or lost in the mailing process will be denied and held responsible by the buyer.
