SHIPPING

We provide free shipping on domestic orders over SGD $120. 

All orders are sent via trackable mail or courier. We aim to dispatch your items within 3 working days of receiving an order, Monday through Friday excluding weekends and public holidays. We offer two shipping options, Registered Postage or Door to Door delivery, in order to accommodate those who would like their orders to arrive as quickly as possible and those who are looking for the most economical way to receive their purchases. 

Registered Postage SGD $2.50 / $5.00 (calculated based on total weight) – 2 – 5 working days*

Door to Door Delivery SGD $8.00 – 2 - 3 working days*

To avoid delays, please ensure that a representative is available at the stipulated delivery address during working hours to sign for your package.

If you have opt for Door to Door Delivery please provide a contact number. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Shipping rates are calculated based on total weight

Malaysia, Brunei & Indonesia - Registered Postage SGD $10 - SGD $20* 

All other countriesFlat Rate Registered Postage SGD $10 - SGD $35*

*exclude certain large/bulky items.

If you are ordering predominately light items, such as clothes, please email us here as we can try to reduce the shipping charges for you.

Occasionally a package may get lost in transit. Oh Happy Fry will not be liable for any lost or delay of international package once they have been despatched.  

 

RETURNS

All sales are final and we do not provide refund. We only accept returns for size exchange or store credit. 

Returns are available for all items except Books, Toys, Sale merchandise, Swimwear and Accessories. We do not refund, exchange or issue credit notes on sale items, preorder items and gift cards. The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault and notifying us within 7 working days of receiving the goods should there be a fault.

Please contact us at hello@ohhappyfry.com with your order and product exchange information to discuss. You may proceed to mail the item back to us upon receiving our confirmation email.

For your Return to be valid, it has to be mailed back within 14 working days (30 working days for International Customers) from the date parcel was delivered. A credit will be issued upon the receipt of your item. The credit will be valid for 30 days and is strictly non-refundable nor extendable. You may utilize the Credit Note on any item (including Sale merchandise). Credit issued can only be used in a single transaction and any balance amount will not be refunded.

Return shipping, payment for return shipping, and any subsequent damages from return shipping are the responsibility of the customer. Returns should be posted with registered postage to ensure delivery.

All returns must be securely packaged and returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition with packaging and price tags intact. Returns that are received in unsatisfactory conditions or lost in the mailing process will be denied and held responsible by the buyer.
