Care instructions: before using your enamelware for the first time, wash and wipe with a soft cloth, use nylon, wooden or silicone utensils when serving from your enamelware, do not use metal knives or utensils as they may damage the non-stick surface, do not use in oven temperatures in excess of 220 degrees C, do not plunge hot tray into cold water immediately after use.
