Orders

Unfortunately, we are unable to add items to an order once it's been placed.

The best way is to make a new order with the new items. 

Unfortunately we can't change any information on an existing order once it has already been processed, including details like your shipping address, item quantity or size. We also cannot cancel orders after they've been processed.

All orders are subject to our return and exchange policies. Please note that an address change or cancellation request is not guaranteed until one of our team members has confirmed your request has been processed. 

We are sorry but discount codes can't be applied to an order that's already been made.

Reimbursements won't be provided if the code was not applied. 

You can apply a discount code / gift card code at the cart page. Once you get to your cart page, find the total amount, and below there should be drop down arrow. You will find a column to enter the code. The discount will be reflected directly on your order total.

Please note, once your order has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. 

All sales are final and we do not provide refund.

We only accept returns for store credit. Store credit will be credited to your account after we receive the item/s.

Masks and Shields, Accessories, Books, Toys, Sale merchandise and Swimwear are not eligible for returns. 

We do not refund, exchange or issue credit notes on sale items, preorder items and gift cards. The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault and notifying us within 7 working days of receiving the goods should there be a fault.

Return shipping, payment for return shipping, and any subsequent damages from return shipping are the responsibility of the customer. You are advised to use a trackable postage service as we are not accountable for parcels lost in transit.

Please include a note or return address to ensure that we can identify you. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will process a credit refund.

Please allow up to 21 days to process your refund. A credit will be issued upon the receipt of your item. The credit will be valid for 30 days and is strictly non-refundable nor extendable. You may utilize the Credit Note on any item (including Sale merchandise). Credit issued can only be used in a single transaction and any balance amount will not be refunded.


All returns must be securely packaged and returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition with packaging and price tags intact. Returns that are received in unsatisfactory conditions or lost in the mailing process will be denied and held responsible by the buyer.

If you are returning breakable items, please ensure they are packed safely as items damaged during transit will not be accepted for returns.

Shipping

In view of the global COVID-19 situation, current delivery times may be delayed by an additional 5 to 7 working days. We ask that you have extra patience at this time, since many of our suppliers are small business owners who are facing disruptions in their usual routines that may cause some unpredictability when it comes to fulfilling orders.

You may log in to your account on our website, click on Order to check the status of your order.

Delivery times are only estimates, and delivery services are provided by third parties. We cannot be responsible for delivery times or services once your order is shipped out. Please expect delays during peak periods.

We also cannot be responsible for orders or items that are lost. 

Some items may be on Preorder and we do not have existing stock. Preorder ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) will be indicated on each product title and description.

Please write in to hello@ohhappyfry.com if you suspect that your order is lost and we will try our best to track.

To help you save on your delivery charges, we consolidate items and only deliver it to you when all items are ready. If your order consists of Preorder items and you want to receive some items first, please send us an email at hello@ohhappyfry.com with your order number, the items you would like to receive first. Please note that extra delivery charges will be applicable if each delivery does not meet the free delivery minimum of $75.

Preorder items are not available at the time of purchase. Shipping timelines on preorder are detailed in the product title and description, as well as in your confirmation email. Please check your confirmation email for details. 

While we make every effort to communicate delivery estimates around your order, unanticipated production delays and shipping do happen. If an item has been affected, we will try to notify you as soon as possible. 

If you do place a preorder, please note the following:

  • Your order will be shipped when all items, including preorder items, become available
  • Preorder timelines vary based on product. Please refer to product description for estimates on when the item you're ordering intended to ship

We provide free shipping on Singapore domestic orders over SGD $75. 

All orders are sent via trackable mail or courier. We aim to dispatch your items within 2-4 working days of receiving an order, Monday through Friday excluding weekends and public holidays. 

We offer the below shipping options

Ninja Pack / Smartpac $5.00 – 3 – 5 working days*

Door to Door Delivery SGD $8.00 – 2 - 5 working days*

Urgent Door to Door Delivery SGD $15.00 - 2 working days*

*To avoid delays, please ensure that a representative is available at the stipulated delivery address during working hours to sign for your package.

Once your order is made, we are not able to make any changes to the address unless there is an error in the address. You will receive notification from Ninja Van to update the correct address within 2 working days. 

Do note parcels will be returned to the sender if we do not receive an update from you within the next 2 working days. Additional charges will apply for re-delivery. 

We provide the below delivery options:

Courier Delivery - $8.00

Urgent Door to Door delivery - $15

Some item(s) may be sent out in separate shipments due to availability. Please check your order fulfilment notification / status to determine if your item(s) are to be shipped separately.

In view of the global COVID-19 situation, International Shipping may be limited or take longer than usual.

Shipping rates are calculated based on total weight and will be calculated at checkout.

Occasionally a package may get lost in transit. Oh Happy Fry will not be liable for any lost or delay of international package once they have been despatched. 

Masks & Shields

Aerosilver has an anti-bacterial function from zirconium-silver compound infused in fibers, which gives it an anti-bacterial property that survives repeated washing.

Aerosilver fabric boasts quick absorbing and drying property in addition to excellent anti-bacterial functionality, allowing you to feel pleasant and safe at any time.

It kills 99% of germs over time. Mask is composed of 93% polyester with nano-silver infused within fiber and 7% polyurethane for superior elasticity.

Standard Aerosilver and Aerosilver Mesh are made of the same material and serve the same functions. Aerosilver Mesh is thinner compared to standard Aerosilver and the mask size cuts slightly smaller (by approximately 0.5 - 1cm).

If you have a smaller face, you may consider Aerosilver Mesh mask.

All our masks and hats are made in South Korea. 

StaySafe shields are made in Italy.

Yes, they are machine washable and reusable but we recommend simple hand wash as washers tend to loose the sewn component. 

Hand washing your masks will make them last longer. 

Please note that our mask does not come washed, please wash them before use. 

Hand washing: We recommend light hand washing with lukewarm water and mild detergent / anti bacterial soap, then lay flat to dry. 

Washing machine: We recommend washing machine on a gentle cycle. For better protection, place the mask in mesh bag.

Do not use chlorine, bleach or fabric softener. 

 

Do not iron.

There is no limit but we recommend changing a new mask every 2 -3 months. 

Due to high demand worldwide and longer shipping time now, orders will take at least 1 - 2 weeks to process. Please refer to Estimated Time of Arrival for each product under title and description.

Our textile masks are not medical grade masks. They serve as additional barriers and protective covers to avoid catching and spreading bacteria and viruses shed in liquid droplets. They are not meant to be substitute for medical grade masks, nor are they to be confused with the N95 respirators and surgical masks. We make no medical claims with regard to their usage. 

Due to hygiene reasons, all face masks, hats with shields and face shields are strictly non-exchangeable. We do not accept any return or exchange, unless they arrive defective.
